- I just received my Royaltie Gem, and I can’t get it to work!! Royaltie tests each and every device individually before it is put in a box and sent to a customer. The battery will last up to two years, you can be confident the device will work, just follow the instructions below:
- You will need to be using an Android phone that was purchased after 2015.
- Make sure your Bluetooth is turned ON, you can turn it off and on to check that it is ON. (We know that some phones by LG, don’t have the best Bluetooth receivers, so if you are using the LG, G4 or G5, you may want to test your Royaltie Gem on a different phone.
- Turn your screen OFF then ON.
- Be sure to check your Notifications Screen, you should be able to view your message there. Sometimes your message may appear on the home or locked screen, if you don’t see it there you will need to go to the Notifications screen to locate the message.
- If your test was unsuccessful try to reboot your phone and try again, go back into the Notifications Screen and locate the message.
